Management research holds immense potential to be a catalyst for social transformation, addressing some of the most pressing challenges of our time. By shaping business practices, informing policy decisions, and refining organizational strategies, management research can foster innovative solutions that promote sustainability, inclusivity, and societal well-being.
In an era defined by rapid technological advancements, climate change, economic disparities, and evolving workforce dynamics, the role of management research in creating sustainable business models and responsible leadership has never been more crucial. Research-driven insights can help organizations to navigate the complexities, drive impactful initiatives, and bridge the gap between profitability and purpose.
This conference will serve as a platform to showcase cutting-edge research, foster intellectual exchange, and build cross-sector collaborations that contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future. Research scholars, industry leaders, and policymakers will come together to discuss innovative approaches, share evidence-based strategies, and explore the practical implications of research in addressing real-world challenges.
By bridging theory and practice, the conference aims to generate actionable knowledge that drives systemic change, empowers communities, and shapes a future where businesses and institutions align with broader social and environmental goals. Through insightful discussions, case studies, and collaborative initiatives, the conference aspires to strengthen the role of management research in building resilient, inclusive, and responsible organizations that contribute to a better world.
